Refunds/Returns
One Time Purchases
You may return all unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All cut fabrics are not eligible for refunds. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is a result of an error.
Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, or item was damaged in transit etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please email us at support@sewersclub.ca with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Subscriptions
All Sewers Club subscriptions are non-refundable.
Once your subscription starts you can't get a refund for any payments that you have already made. If you do not want to subscribe anymore you can cancel your subscription at anytime. You will still have access to your subscriptions and orders until the end of the period you have paid for.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
